How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Kimmy’s Bakery is simple! You can order directly through our website by choosing your favorite items and selecting local pickup or shipping at checkout. We require that all orders scheduled for pickup the following week are placed by Friday at 5:00PM

After your order Is ready you can come pick up at our location In Villa Park, IL on Tuesdays or Fridays.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We proudly use high-quality, hand-selected ingredients in every recipe. From high quality flour and reverse osmosis water to our delicate sourdough starter, we keep things simple, wholesome, and the highest quality. Every bite reflects our dedication to quality and flavor.

When is my bread baked?

Your bread is baked fresh before pickup or shipping. Typically, loaves are baked the day before to allow time to cool and package properly, preserving freshness and flavor during transit or handoff.

How long does my bread stay good for?

Our sourdough bread stays freshest for 5 to 7 days when stored correctly. Keep it in a paper bag to maintain a rustic crust, or in a plastic bag for a longer lasting loaf. For longer storage, slice and freeze—then toast when ready to enjoy!

What’s the process behind your sourdough bread?

Our sourdough is a labor of love, made the traditional way with just flour, water, and salt. Our starter is fed daily and each loaf is crafted by hand. Through a slow fermentation process, stretch-and-fold techniques, and overnight cold proofing, we develop rich flavor and texture. Before baking, we shape and score each loaf by hand to encourage beautiful expansion and a rustic crust.

How do I warm the cinnamon rolls?

Preheat your oven to 300°F and warm the cinnamon rolls for 10–15 minutes. (We’re still testing for the perfect timing!) For a quicker option, microwave individual rolls for 20–30 seconds. Best enjoyed warm and gooey!
