Founded by Kimberly Kubish in Villa Park, Illinois, our bakery is rooted in the belief that great baking starts with great ingredients and a passion for doing things the right way. What began as a love for sourdough has grown into a home bakery known for its handcrafted breads and sweet, irresistible treats.

Our Specialties
We specialize in artisan sourdough bread, naturally leavened through slow fermentation to develop deep flavor, a crisp crust, and a soft, chewy crumb. With no commercial yeast, just flour, water, salt, and our daily-fed starter, our sourdough is as wholesome as it is delicious. Plus, sourdough’s naturally lower glycemic index makes it a smarter choice for many customers seeking healthier bread options.
